AINO Studio – Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your jewellery. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days for unworn items.

  • If the item you want is out of stock, we can offer a similar item or store credit.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Earrings (due to hygiene)

  • Custom sizes or personalised pieces

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return:

Please email us at support@ainostudio.co.uk with:

  1. Order number

  2. Item name

  3. Reason for return

  4. Photos (if applicable)

    We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using tracked shipping — AINO Studio is not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
