AINO Studio – Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your jewellery. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless defective.
Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days for unworn items.
If the item you want is out of stock, we can offer a similar item or store credit.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items:
Earrings (due to hygiene)
Custom sizes or personalised pieces
Sale/clearance items
Gift cards
How to Start a Return:
Please email us at support@ainostudio.co.uk with:
Order number
Item name
Reason for return
Photos (if applicable)
We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using tracked shipping — AINO Studio is not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
